I am a highly skilled eLearning developer and instructional designer, and I excel at creating engaging and creative eLearning experiences for learners with a wide range of learning requirements. My design process begins with conducting a Needs Analysis to identify learning gaps. I then work with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to help determine the best course of action to close those gaps and create necessary behavior change. I write a design document and storyboard and submit these to SMEs and stakeholders for review and revision. I then create a prototype, utilizing the design document and storyboard, submit this once again for review. Once it has been reviewed and revised, I develop the course using the most appropriate authoring tool. The final step in my process is to evaluate the course and review its effectiveness, while also incorporating feedback to continuously improve!
